The hotel's location is excellent with convenient access to various dining options. The rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape with a lively atmosphere. I found complimentary cookies at reception a good touch. Staff members were helpful.

wow, what a stay!
beautiful building retro furniture rooftop bar room turntable
the heritage building is beautiful! retro furniture and fittings are gorgeous. our room had a turntable and vinyls (how cool is that?). the rooftop bar was awesome.
the room overlooked a laneway with restaurants. it was a little noisy early in the morning.

the hotel is near bus and tram lines. these run frequently to all parts of the area. a hawker center nearby serves delicious food at very affordable prices.

rooftop pool easy travel
The hotel is close to the train station. This made it easy to travel to the airport and other parts of the area. The hotel features a steampunk aesthetic with an industrial past. A rooftop pool is available. It is heated and allows city views.
The restaurant service proved slow. We had the same staff each day but got asked for our room number repeatedly.

the room had great amenities , and the bed was really comfortable. the location is close to central station and spice alley for meals.

lackluster stay
slow breakfast service closed rooftop bar
the monday morning breakfast was a real letdown. i was the only one in the restaurant and waited over 20 minutes for eggs. when i asked, the waiter couldn't find my order. i canceled it, frustrating since i was in a hurry. also, the rooftop bar was closed . it impacted my overall experience and the potential to unwind after a long day.
